Eight (8) WEEK PROGRAM
Each Registrant will attend 1 session per week
Thursday’s 5:15 PM – 6:30 PM
(November 7th – January 2nd)

The purpose of the program is to provide a custom plan for each player that guides them toward a pain-free and EXPLOSIVE throwing arm!
We believe that every player can dramatically develop their throwing arm given the right plan, time, and desire.
Throwing 90 mph is absolutely achievable. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
We believe it because we’ve seen it happen.
No other baseball throwing program integrates our brand of world-class strength, stability, and mobility training with the teaching of bio-mechanically efficient movement patterns for throwing.
Most team experiences won’t provide players with an integrated plan let alone a customized one.
That usually means being subjected to a traditional one-size-fits-all approach.
We can tell you from having trained hundreds of young athletes over the past decade that the typical approach usually means two things…
1. Many will never realize their true potential and,
2. Some players will get hurt.
Throwing programs must be customized.
We customize by first assessing each player using the gold standard in the physiotherapy world, the Functional Movement Screen (“FMS”).
The FMS provides a great snap-shot of where constraints lie in the bodies of the individual athletes.
Constraints lead to a greater incidence of injury.
Without assessments, coaches and trainers are placing players at risk for injury on the field and in the weight room.
Next we use slow motion video to capture the movement patterns players use when throwing, either as a position player or a pitcher.

We look at peer-reviewed medical journals and talk with top level trainers and coaches across the country to come up with a checklist of desirable movement patterns.
Those patterns are used by the most productive AND healthiest players.
We want our clients to be like them and be able to throw with great velocity for decades.
We then help our clients feel those movement patterns so they become second nature.
