“Tommy John” Surgery is at an all-time high. It’s no secret too many young pitchers have pain. This is ruining the game we love and robbing players of fun and their dreams. Pain is not a normal part of the game! Do something about it. We are.
The answer is to identify and remove physical constraints in your body, be it weakness or immobility AND learn movement patterns that give you the best chance for gaining velocity AND health.
At DSP we train baseball players like dynamic athletes. It doesn’t matter if you are a pitcher or a position player. You must be EXPLOSIVE!
Our methods are different than what you have experienced on your travel, high school, college, or even professional team. We use world class training techniques that are safe and leave you feeling good.
We will never train you like a small football player. Be prepared, your high school or college coach is unlikely to understand we do. But your coach will love it when you show up moving like a dynamic athlete with an explosive bat and healthy rocket arm!

At DSP, we work with professional and amateur athletes to develop a customized plan that gets you to a higher level quickly. There are no shortcuts, but there are better methods.
We bring those leading edge training methods to you in a high energy environment so you can stand out! Everything we do is rooted in exercise science and sports medicine. We won’t use the tired old words drills that your coaches spew out.
Everyone that trains at DSP is given a screening that uncovers physical constraints that have been holding you back from being your best.
Pitchers are given a slow motion video screening of their movement patterns. Inefficient patterns that can contribute to arm pain and loss of performance are identified.
We then simultaneously attack constraints and inefficient movement patterns. The result is our clients become stronger, faster, more dynamic, more explosive, and healthy. You almost surely won’t find these methods at your local high school or college.

The Programs
- The Six Week Domination Program– This program focuses on discovering constraints and then cleaning them up through use of leading edge training techniques that leave the athlete stronger and more mobile.
Clients will be give a functional movement screen and then trained with body weight, kettlebells, TRX, and more. Clients will be engaged using tri-phasic training methods.
There will be three sessions per week for six weeks. The cost of this program is $720.
Installment payments are available.
- The Six Week Domination Program for Pitchers – You get everything in the traditional Domination Program PLUS you will be trained how to throw for maximum efficiency, velocity, and health.
This is a game changing, life changing program that you won’t find anywhere else. NOWHERE ELSE. As you get stronger and more mobile, you will also be deliberately changing the way you move your body and arm. The result is greater velocity AND reduction of pain.
There will be three sessions per week for six weeks starting December 2nd. The cost of of the 6 Week Domination Program is $720. The 6 Week Domination for Pitcher’s Program is $820.
Sessions will be Tuesday and Thursday. Group #1 starts at 4:30 and Group #2 at 5:30.
