I hope you all enjoyed Mother’s Day! It was a very special one for me.
I spent the day with my kids and my daughter and granddaughter at her new place in Fort Totten. She has a cool little spot!
We grilled a bunch of good food and I even got a chance to break in the new weight room in her complex.
Getting strong and eating good, while chilling with the family…can’t beat that!
Also, this past Monday I was able to make it out to Simpson field to check out a few of our athletes on the T.C. Williams J.V. Team.
Conner Ford, (aka The Hefty Lefty) was on the mound. It was my first time watching him pitch.
I’ve always heard about his work as a pitcher, so it was great to see him in action. He did not disappoint!
He threw two scoreless innings and you could clearly see how hitters struggle to make solid contact against him.
Conner is still growing and getting stronger by the day. I feel he is going to be special! He’s always working on his craft and takes his strength training in the studio very seriously.

Alright, now onto the Weekly Video Recap. As usual we had some great training sessions last week at DSP!
This past Friday, I took the 8:15 AM group outside for a good training session at Jones Point Park. I love taking the gang down there. I also love watching them sprint!

We have space available in the M/W at 5:15 PM and T/Th at 4:00 group available. Please make sure that your child is signed up before bringing them in. Its’ going to be a pretty busy Summer, so we want to make sure that everything runs as smooth as possible.
