We will be holding a 6 Week Mini Strength and Speed Session that will run from May 12th – June 18th. Workouts will run from 4:30 – 5:45.This is a great opportunity to stay in game ready shape for those transitioning from the Spring season to Summer. We only have 3 spots available. First come, first serve!
Our group pitching instruction sessions will run from 5:45 -6:30.
