Have a specific physical goal? Want to run faster? Jump higher? Get stronger? Lose weight? Get firmer and fitter fast? Increase your strength, mobility, and core strength with fast, fun and effective workouts? Rehab an injury or end back pain? Kettlebells are the answer for you!
Kettlebells are at the cutting edge of functional movement exercise systems – they epitomize full body movements through coordinated physical effort, mental concentration and dynamic intensity. Kettlebells are ideal because they blend strength, power, cardiovascular fitness, dynamic core stability, mobility, flexibility, and balance into a kind of ‘condensed’ training that translates into everyday life, your sport of choice, or a demanding job.
In addition to Russian Kettlebell training, DSP instructors also offer Functional Movement (FMS) and Mag 7 Screens for optimized movement patterns, greater mobility, core strength and reduction of pain and injury. Learn how to move better with better movement!!!
You CAN change your life, reach your goals, and have a heck of a lot of fun doing it in the process – let’s start NOW!
