Recapping the DSPCC + RKC Birthday Bash! | Dynamic Sports

Hello everyone!

It’s been a couple of weeks since my last post…so I am super excited to update you all on what’s going on at DSP!

Last Wednesday we had an amazing group of Coaches join me for a DSPCC/RKC/Birthday Bash Week in Vieques, PR!

Just in case you don’t know, Vieques is my absolute favorite place to be. I’m planning on finalizing residency there soon!

So having some of my BEST friends and some new ones I made join me for two great workshops, while celebrating my 49th Birthday was something I will always remember!

The majority of the Coaches stayed at the BEAUTIFUL Great Escape property owned by my newest best friend Dana Schwarzwald!

Dana built The Great Escape and has managed it with the help of some great people for over 22 years!!

I can go on and on about Dana! I’ll just say this…we all left Vieques knowing that she was the Jefa of Vieques Island. She is one special person. I miss her already!

I want to thank everyone that came out to the workshops. I know how much of a commitment it was. And for that I am forever grateful.

Lastly, I wanted to mention how impressed I was by the participants from both workshops. Some of the concepts that we introduce at DSPCC are new to the majority of Coaches attending. This crew not only taught and demonstrated our concepts, but they understood the why behind what we do as well!

All of the participants from the RKC passed, and really excelled in the Snatch Test! One of our participants, the Kettlebell Queen smashed the Snatch Test with a 3:13 time with a 16kg kettlebell. She topped that off with a Double KB Strict Press with 24kg’s. First time I’ve seen that as well!
