The DSP Speed and Agility Camp is the #1 solution for those lacking the speed and strength needed to dominate in sports. The camp will run for 4 weeks. (June 26th – August 1st)
Real “Speed” training requires an athlete to first get strong and train explosively to get fast. Our Speed and Agility Camp combines kettlebell “ballistic” and mobility exercises with the best agility and speed training drills for guaranteed results!
Those attending this camp can expect to see immediate gains in their athleticism, acceleration, deceleration, along with greatly improved horizontal and vertical jumping forces.
Athletes will meet Monday and Wednesday at DSP. Tuesday and Thursday sessions will be held at Jones Point Park.
Pre/Post testing will be in the 60 yard dash, Broad Jump, Vertical Jump and 5-10-5 shuffle.1
Athletes train four days per week.
