Over the last dozen years, Coach Darius has worked with thousands of youth, high school, college and professional athletes, incorporating the latest scientific research into developing the Dynamic Sport Performance training system. His approach incorporates dynamic athletic movements with —explosive kettlebell exercises– allowing for the rapid development of athletes, maximizing their strength, speed, and power.
The finished 12 Week Winter program will contain over 1200 hyperlinks to video clips that demonstrate how to properly perform every exercise. In this program, these hyperlinks are indicated by words or phrases that are underlined.
