Choosing the right conditioning program for athletes is one of the toughest jobs a Strength Coach can have. Most athletes take on a lot unnecessary conditioning during their sport practice. This makes it difficult for the Strength Coach to choose the right type and dosage, so the athlete is not being beat into the ground.
