Lead instructor will be Jack Breheny, a native of Alexandria and presently attending Marymount University where he is a standout on the baseball team. He is majoring in Exercise Science and is working towards his Russian Kettlebell Certification. No other coach or trainer in the Washington, D.C. metro area has the knowledge and experience, to combine world class RKC strength training with major league level hitting training.
